Michael Hansson is a well crafted songwriter and guitar player who brings an acoustic and pop cross breed to the table with "Air Bubble".

Every song I hear from Michael always leaves me feeling upbeat and positive and "Air Bubble" is no exception.

Comprised of tight guitar playing and an even tighter drum program, there is an interesting melding of electronics and human playing. It allows me to envision a Ryan Adams and Moby collaboration, with styling points in the way the rhythm of the verses are written from The Counting Crows.

I can tell Michael has a great diversity in influences, as it shines through in his music. The lyrics are very well written and seem to steep in American convention. The vocals are strongly executed and the female background harmonies blend beautifully throughout the song.

Well produced, wonderfully played and nicely structured, "Air Bubble" is yet another ode to the talents of Michael Hansson, let they continue to grow on in pop culture's grace.

Here's to hoping Michael Hansson can live out the lyrics and have the Hollywood pop stars lined up for one of his shows!
